Rating bug after every break on ABC?

Has anyone else noticed that ABC seems to be putting the "TV14" or "TVMA" ratings bug in the upper left corner after every commercial break? I don't mind when they do that at the beginning of the episode, but why at every break? It's actually pretty irritating.

The new FCC crackdown on obscenity has all broadcasters worried about broadcasting something that will be deemed as such. I suspect ABC is just reacting.
