NBC is playing "A Knight's Tale" in HD tonight. Great movie and they have done a fantastc job on the HD.

Ya the HD was great.  But where was the last scene of the movie?  THE BEST SCENE that comes right after the credits!!!!!  If anyone has the DVD like I do they will know what I'm talking about:guns:

I agree, it was disturbing that they cut off the end. I guess they ran out of time. Maybe cut out some of those commercials next time.

I also have the DVD and it was cool to see it in HD. I think the PQ was better than the DVD.

In theory, HD should always look better than DVD, but the conversion that some networks do, the HD does not always look all that good. This one was great however.

They obviously never saw the movie before, or they are one of those who runs out of the theater when the credits start to roll, or the engineers figure that all movies are alike in that their over when the credits roll.  I sure hate to see what they would do with Master of Disguise with Dana Carvy.  That movie has probably about 15 minutes worth of good material after the credits.  As far as HD and DVD's, there has been only a few movies that I thought the HD could have been better and maybe they only had a DVD to play that night for their broadcast.  Otherwise I have been very impressed with ABC Monday night movie and Saturday night Walt Disney, also NBC's Saturday night movies.:)
