DISH at Bat for MLB Extra Innings

EchoStar's DISH Network could be adding another sports package to its programming slate - Major League Baseball's Extra Innings.

The MLB Extra Innings package delivers out-of-market games during the regular season to subscribers who purchase the offering. If and when the announcement is made, this would be the first season DISH Network carries the package, which has been available on DirecTV and cable during past seasons.

As for other sports packages, DISH Network offers NHL Center Ice, NBA League Pass and MLS soccer, along with international sports fare and college sports.
