old antenna need help.

I am moving at the end of the month into a house that has a pretty good sized attena on the roof. it looks like it has a rotor on the but I suspect it hasn't been used in a pretty long time. is there anyone out there that knows someone who can come take a look at it and tell me what's going on with it. I am a novice in this area.
