UHF antenna

Hi there,

I have been thinking of putting up a Winegard UHF model PR8800 this spring. I live in Fredonia about 35 miles from Milwaukee and I am wondering if I will still be able to pull in VHF stations. The information on the antenna says "No built-in 300 ohm VHF coupling" can someone explain this for me. I am able to get all the dtv thats up except Fox, channel 18 has moderate to weak signal and I am hoping to correct that but at the same time not loose the VHF reception.

you will not be able to get fox at all until they move their transmitter to the new tower. if you are currently getting every channel except for 18 and 6, I would just wait until 6 moves and then re-weigh your options.
