Home Theater magazine lists WB and UPN primte times shows as HD broadcasts, but I've never been able to watch them in HD on my Dish 811 or Zenith HDV420 receiver.  The shows are always in 4x3 format withside black bars.  My tv and receiver aspect ratios are set correctly because it works fine for ABC, NBC, and CBS channels.  Are the local WB and UPN stations even broadcasting in HD or not?

No not really....channel 18 does have 18-2 running but it's just a test pattern.  Otherwise they are only transmitting 480i programming on their Digital channels...no HD capability at all at this time.

so those shows are available in HD from UPN and WB, but the local affiliate is not broadcasting the HD signal as of yet?  Is that the correct understanding?
