I was at a DX gathering this afternoon and met a chief engineer and weather meteorologist from WISC-TV.

I asked the engineer if WISC plans to air the SuperBowl in High Definition and he says they have every intentions to carry it live in HD, they are set for it.

So folks who receive WISC-DT, they will be airing the SuperBowl LIVE in High Definition.

I don't know if WDJT-DT will be airing it in High Definition?   I will let you know tomorrow just as the game starts in order to find out if its in HD.  I'll let you know since many people here have been questioning it as to whether WDJT will be airing it in HDTV.  I don't see why not?  WDJT has been broadcasting in High Definition for as long as I remember.

Unlike WVTV and WCGV.  I don't know when WVTV will start High Definition programming.  The only High Definition WVTV will probably do is air Color Bars for the rest of their lives 24/7 as they are doing now.

Rest assured that WDJT will have the game in HD and WISC from Madison will also.  For any newbies, WISC DT is on channel 50 and is almost at full power.  Enjoy the game.
