A.F. Associates to Design and Build High Definition Facility for New "Wealth TV" Netw

.F. Associates, Inc. (AFA), an Ascent Media Network Services company and designer and integrator of turnkey systems for broadcast, cable, satellite, and corporate clients, has been contracted by Herring Broadcasting to design and build facilities to produce and originate "Wealth TV," a high definition network scheduled to launch in the summer of 2004.

Technical facilities will include HDTV studios, various post-production suites, digital content management, and network origination for the San Diego-based network. Major equipment will include Sony HDC930 cameras, a Sony MVS-8000 production switcher, Pinnacle servers, Harris automation, and Final Cut Pro editing systems.
