Only half right.  They are in negotiations, but NO launch date or window was ever mentioned.

The rep I spoke with this week said that, yes, we were supposed to recieve it the last quarter of 2003.

Sorry... I guess you should believe half of what you hear and none of what you read.
It's a well documented issue-- TW won't pay more $ for channels producing the same content, regardless of resolution.
Heck, Fox HD has as much HD content at ESPN right now.
