Dear CBS DTV & HDTV Viewers;

We anticipated that today we would be back to our normal operating power with our DTV transmitter.  However, the proper replacement combiner was not available for our transmitter.   Thus, we are not able to achieve normal operating power until the correct combiner from the factory arrives at our facility.  However, our engineering team was able to make some modifications to the parts on-hand to increase the power output above that of Thursday night.

For some viewers the reduction in power may not be noticeable and for others the signal may freeze or may be black.

Again, we will be working to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.  Thank you for your patience.

Sincerely,

Jim Hall

As an aside to this, I e-mailed them last night about their remapping to 1-1 & 1-2 & about the status of them being added to DISH.  Got back a response saying they are working on both.
The remapping to 1-1 interferes here with Weigels Chicago station Ch 26, which is also remapped to 1-1.  Also, the digital OTA tuner of the DISH 811 will not remap to 1-1, so on that receiver I can't pick up either station.
