I have the Pioneer HD STB and I saw the dropouts. For the last week it's been bad, including yesterday's Packer game. The audio dropped out ever 2 seconds. Plus my RR went out 2 or 3 times on Sunday. I called TWC to complain about both issues and they remotely reset my cable box, which fixed nothing. They then scheduled a service tech to come out, but today things are looking much better and RR is working.
