The signal for 6-1 was gone last night.  Maybe they are replacing the AAA battery?  Or perhaps the antenna is finally being moved to the tower?  Does anyone know what's going on?

The ones who know ain't telling! :)

As cold, windy and snowy as it is, I find it hard to believe they'd be doing it now. But stranger things have happened.

Well the signal was still gone last night.  I wonder if they are feeding Time Warner with fiber?

Well, that's why they make carhart insulated bibs and coats.

Driving through Estabrook today, There are various antenna elements strewn around the base of the tower that weren't there last week. Including generators and other equipment.

I would think getting this work done is driven more by the contractors backlog than TV6's supposed schedule .

So maybe, just maybe.

That's too bad.  Otherwise there might be more pressure to get the signal back on the air in a reasonable amount of time.

Since it's only me and two other people who will notice the lack of OTA signal, that's not much for them to worry about.

K Mart and Walgreens announced a 9 volt battery shortage today that may impact the TV6 digital transmitter. The lack of 9 volt batteries has forced us to cease transmitting our 100 microwatt signal to the Greendale community, said Fox 6 representative Tiny Trany..................

You might want to check your set-up,  The 6.1 signal is still up.
Watched 24 on Tuesday night, no issues on Wednesday night or
Thursday morning in Cedarburg.

Hmm.  That's odd.  You were watching over the air with your antenna, not with time warner cable?  Either way, I got the signal again as of Wednesday.  Maybe I ended up checking for signal before 24 aired on Tuesday night, and they got the signal up at that time.

As I'm sure others will point out, the last 2 Packer games aren't on Fox anyway. Tonight's game is on ABC, and next week's is on CBS.
