Wonder who the engineer is who was unable to figure out how to switch to the Packers/Chargers feed, missing the enitre first drive AND Ahman Green breaking the ALL TIME Packer rushing record...:guns:

The stations do not switch which game they get. The network receivers are controlled from LA. It sounds like LA screwed up and the station called them and told them and LA got it switched.

Fox 47-1 in Madison ran a scroll saying that the fault was all Fox's and not theirs.  Looks like the home office couldn't figure it out and ran to the end of the Seattle game AND managed to insert a commercial or two also. I'm sure they are very, very sorry for their mistake and will be sending checks to all viewers to compensate them for their loss......:drink:

OK - so it's not WITI's fault. Then my appologies to them. It would have been nice if they would have scrolled a message like channel 47 did, and at least said sorry.

I guess I woke up crabby today....

I think Fox 47 probably was working properly.  If the network still works as it used to, the home market gets their local team's game in its entirety.  In this case, Milwaukee and Green Bay.  Madison is not considered the home market and would typically finish the previous game before joining the second game.

The only advantage to Madison's designation is that if Lambeau field fails to sell out, (yeah right) Milwaukee and Green Bay would be blacked out and Madison would be in the clear.

At 3 o'clock I thought you guys on the east side of the state where watching the packers while I had to sit though the Rams.  If it's any consolation, the lessor of two evils won at soldier field and the seahawks didn't.

sorry to hear you guys where in the same boat.

Well being number 37,839 on the Packers waiting list for season tickets....Lambeau will never, ever not sell out. I can gurantee that!

Unindicted co-conspirators, For all of the misery Faux 6 causes us, I vote no mercy. :guns:

Oh yeah how's the tower coming along??? This is becoming almost comical.

The fiance and I were screaming 'WTF!?' the entire time. Too bad we missed that drive :(

It would be nice if they would at least rerun the missed 5-10 min some night either in the middle of the night or durring their 9:00 news which they always seem to have trouble filling anyway.  We all know the outcome but a lot of fans I know would still like to see the missed drive.

I was in Green Bay, and Fox 11 had the same problem.  Fox is so clueless at times.:bang:
