Cbs?

I got 1-1 back in early December when I first got my receiver.  Now it says low signal.  Did CBS change something, or might I have a problem in my hardware?

Also, what's with 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4, and 1-5!  Even when I was getting them, there was only programming on the first one.  My reciever takes about 5 seconds to change each channel while it is trying to sync up.  Makes surfing a very boring thing. :bang:   I've turned all but 1-1 off for now in the "favorites" list.
