Does anyone have experience with antenna reception of Milwaukee and/or Chicago from Racine or Kenosha areas? TIA

Bonasa,

While it can be tricky to evaluate reception without a few more details at the site, I do think that generally you should be in a good location for Chicago and Milwaukee.  This probably will require a reasonable antenna, and possibly the ability to rotate it north for Milwaukee, and south for Chicago.  There are a few of us that receive stations from both Milwaukee and Chicago, or Milwaukee and Madison.  Basically if you're within about 50-60 miles, you've got a shot.  Next terrain is a factor, then line losses and lengths of cable runs, etc.

I do believe another member, Bill in Muskego, receives Chicago relatively frequently, although I don't remember the details of his equipment.  Look around, there aren't too many posts yet, I'm sure you'll find it.

I also responded with some of my experimentation at the following thread:

Hope this helps.

I can get the most of the Chicago stations, as well as the Milwaukee channels.
