According to Jim Not in HD

ABC's "According to Jim" is normally in HD.  Tonight (via TWC) it is not.  Does anybody know what's going on?

I called WISN, and Master Control says the episode arrived late and was not available in HD.  I don't really understand how that works since they film the episodes in HD then make the 4:3 from that...

There were a lot of mess-ups on WISN's prime time HD tonight.  I kind of think the fact that AtJ was not HD really messed things up for the people in control because it was unusual, and they weren't prepared for it.
