Crossing Jordan Letterboxed????

Huh I don't get it...the quality says HD, the Program Guide Says HD but Crossing Jordan is double letterboxed...top, bottom and sides.....somebody screw up again???

Any info Sean???

Our NBC HD satellite receiver is having major problems tonight. The video keeps freezing up. Audio keeps going. We've had to switch over to the SD upconversion several times to keep the programs going.
It happened one on Sunday night too.
We are trying to figure out what's wrong. There seems to be enough signal strength. We've tried two different satellite dishes.
(We used to have a back up satellite receiver but the spare doesn't work with the new transmission parameters that NBC switched over to three weeks ago.)
NBC says no one else is reporting any trouble.

Update: It looks like weak signal strength was the problem. A pre amp has cured it.
