Now that I can get Fox 6 via my new TWC cable box, I've been watching some of their Widescreen "enhanced definition" product.

Studio stuff (Fox News Sunday, NFL Pre Game) is actually pretty decent. Good color, and although not HD, picture is pretty crisp. And the expanded field of view is nice.

Filmed shows don't seem as good as DVD's.. Not HD, but not too bad.

Football? Closeup shots are a little better than the local picture on DTV.  16:9 is cool... BUT... the distant shots suck pretty bad.  The edge enhancement is just awful.

But, overall, I'm still glad I'm able to get Fox 6 Digital.

BTW... Is 5.1 only available on Fox Widescreen games via Sunday Ticket?
