NBC Cable Networks is distributing spots to local cable operators designed to promote HDTV. The spots are tagged with the cable operator's brand and feature the top NBC shows that are available in HDTV, including "ER," "The West Wing," "Frasier," "The Tonight Show," and the 2004 Summer Olympics.
