Strange PBS issue

For the past several months I have not been able to hear any audio from PBS Ch 10-4. Analog 10, 10-1 thru 10-3 and 10-5 all produce the audio portion of the broadcast. My OTA tuner is Samsung's Sir-T165. I used to get 10-4's entire signal, so what's up? ANy ideas on this phenomonon!?

10-4 is PBS.Kids which is mainly kids programs.  Anyways, I am getting audio on all of ch. 10s multi-program channels with no problems.
