UPN and WB reception

Hi I live in Oconomowoc and I cant seem to get UPN and WB digital stations.  Does anyone know if they are transmitting as of 10/25/03 or do I just live too far away to receive them??

I'm getting WCGV-DT (UPN) this morning 10/26/03 @ 7:14 am, but no sign of WVTV-DT which is WB at all. It appears as though WVTV-DT is off the air, but their analog is on.
