TWC HD Sound clipping

I am having frequent sound clips occuring on all of the local HD channels.  Is this a TWC issue or do I possibly have connection issues?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You must have the Scientific Atlanta HD receiver.  I used to have the same problem until I got the new Pioneer HD receiver.  You should call TWC and request a new receiver because of this problem.
