FOX tower work

I go past the WITI tower every day on my way to school, and I've noticed they took down the extra cables and walking platforms that were up there.  Does that mean the tower work is complete?

With Fox you never know. It could mean they got chilly up there and are waiting for next summer. At any rate, they still have to hoist the antenna, move the transmitter, and buy more 9 volt batteries for both........

Only 9 volt batteries, huh? Guess that means I'll be hard-pressed to pick them up in Waukesha county.... unless they really buy a lot!
