I heard WITI's WS dTV feed was recently put on Time Warner's digital cable.  Is that true?  I thought it has been on there for a couple months.

And any guesses on the likelyhood the OTA broadcast will be up to snuff by the time 24 season 3 starts? (Oct 28th)
