WISN - So much for paying attention

Why doesn't WISN have someone in master control that cares?  The final episode of 8 Simple Rules with John Ritter was on tonight and they let it go in 4:3 for the first segment.  Let alone the fact it's prime time, how can they allow these screw ups to continue?  Is it really so hard to do?
