PBS-DT 10-4 sound outage

Anyone else experiencing an absence of audio when tuning to PBS 10-4? All of the other multi-broadcast, as well as the analog channel, have normal adio output.
I can't hear my TeleTubbies!!! Arghhh!!:confused:

It's 9:47 am as I write this.  I get audio on all of channels. However this morning I was receiving that exact same content between 10-2 and 10-3 as they had both PBS.YOU.ORG. Either they were broadcasting it that way or what. Normally WMVT is carried by 10-2 on a 3 hour delay. Speaking of 3 hour delay why do they delay their broadcasts?
