Since I have a 16 x 9 widescreen tv I set my aspect ratio for widescreen (16:9) stretch 4:3 picture. All channels analog and digital are stretched to fill the screen except when watching a HD channel. If it's is a non HD broadcast I get the black bars on the side. Yesterday I set the aspect ratio to standard (4:3) zoom 16:9 picture and all channels including the HD channels not broadcasting HD fill the screen. The advantage now is I can watch all the major local channels on the digital channels and enjoy the digital quality sound! Picture quality is noticably better on the digital channnels.  :) :) :)

FYI, I exchanged my SA3100HD box for a 3510HD at the Greenfield payment office today 8/6/03. They appeared to have atleast one more up front and the clerk didn't say anything about me getting one of the last ones. So if anyone is looking to exchange their box you might have some luck at Greenfield's payment office.

The SAs are easier to come by...the one you want, and is tougher to find, is the Pioneer.

Wondering if anyone has recent experience with trying to exchange a 3100 for a 3510.  Last time I called (~month ago) I was told I'd have to pay a trip charge for a tech to come on site to replace the unit.  Cost would be $35 or something like that.
