Best price for receiver?

Hi Guys-

Any input given is much appreciated.   I'm currently in the process of moving out and I'm taking my HDTV with me (poor parents ).  I'm pretty set on getting D* in my duplex.  However, I'm now looking for a receiver that will get me D* and OTA.  Any suggestions as to where the best price/deals may be (either a local store or website)?  Any specials for new customers?

Also, do they really sock you with additional fees, taxes, and charges like TWC does.   Seems like you can add at least another $10 with all the suprises.
