I use the One4All URC-8910B00.  It works great because it can learn the buttons from your TWC remote and do all the functions you need.  I have mine controlling TV, DVD, Receiver, VCR and TWC box.

I use a MX-500 from Universal Remote Control. Inc.  I use it to controls cable box, projector, processor/receiver, DVD, lights and window shades.   I've had it for a couple of years.

I can't argue with the MX-500 recommendation other than the 3-digit price tag.

The Radio Shack line is the same series as the all-in-one.  Model 15-2116 is one example and it handles TWC's boxes very well.  $30.  Plus Radio Shack's omnipresence and liberal return policy makes it easy to try out and return if it doesn't suit your tastes.
