Should I be worried about NFL Football?

Our buddies over at Fox 6 seem to be having trouble paying attention to and meeting certain dates.

No Great Circus Parade this year.  Although they've been broadcasting the event for the last couple years, and they had orignally planned to air it again this year, management says the station couldn't work out the arrangements with enough time to get the coverage set up.

Not surprising... seeing as how they've had over four years to work out the arrangements to get market covering HDTV capabilities set up, and still aren't even close.

But with the first Packer Game on Fox coming up in only about 6 weeks, how will they EVER be ready?

I  for one  am writing off FOX and any type of HD or enhanced football games. I really don't have any faith in our local FOX. It's already the middle of July, and I still have a whopping 22 signal strength off of a 200 ft. tower 9 mi. away. I am DEFINITELY not getting my hopes up.
BUT...I am soooo looking forward to ESPN-HD Sunday Night Game, the CBS HD Games, and of course Monday Night Football.

Maybe someday FOX will get it's act together.

I think Fox6 is spending all there money on those powerfull zoom lenses they have outfitted their cameras with.  You know the ones they take to golf courses so they can see those rated X golf outings.

I like how they make a moral issue out of it and make themselves look like the good guys for exposing it.    We all know it is so they can get their ratings up.   I think it would have looked better in High Definition.

Don't even get me going on that, or my post will be so off topic that, as an admin, I'll have  to delete it!

But...

During that same newscast, they showed a promo for a new show on FOX this Fall, with one of the scenes showing some guy with his hand up a woman's blouse.

They criticize a golf course for sexual activity where kids may see it, and then pump this crap into our living rooms.

Hypocrites.
