TMJ-4 to add downtown studio??

Heard an interesting rumor today that TMJ-4 is looking to add a downtown studio in the Journal Communications building. The studio would be added in the current location of the old pressroom, once the presses are dismantled they would add a small studio facing Old World Third Street and would relocate the "Daybreak Report" as a lead-in to the popular Today Show.

Perhaps we the homeless in the park can stand in front of windows during the telecast and hold signs saying hi to their kids in Cudahy?

Anyone hear anymore on this?
