From HDNet Auto-Schedule email:

HDNet is changing channel locations on DIRECTV!
Starting July 1, HDNet will be on channel 79 on DIRECTV, and will be 24 hours a day. HDNet Movies will also be available on DIRECTV on channel 81.

Figures.  How can one compete against the 1500+ post master general. :)

When I visit the Forums, I start at the top and work my way down.  Of course the latest news is at the top so that's the first thing I read.  Apparently too much time lapsed between reading all the posts, checking my email and starting this thread.  I guess I'll have to read the latest news last . :)

Or how about this.  In honor of Gregg being a BIG friend of 10/36,   Tom, please put Gregg on a 3 hour delay.

All kidding aside, Gregg, you do a great job in that forum.  So no more vacations for you.   Right Todd?  LOL

If my life is such a vacation how come I wasn't home for the last 3 hours...must have something to do with driving my wife to hospital 4 times a week.  Although she'll still be going to rehab and everything...the doctor just gave her back her car keys as the echocardiogram was an unexpected suprise...the anterior wall is pumping again...so now she can drive herself there and I can stay home and play...either with the computer, HDTV or ham radio.

Later guys.

When I called my wife this morning, both 79 and 199 were still working.  She said the programming was different, but the program guide still said HDNet on both channels.

81 had the blurb about calling to subscribe.

It took me a while to go through the site and order it and get it working.  I signed in but by the time I found how to order it asked me to sign back in.  What a pain..on top of that the site was running real slow....almost made me feel like I had a 300 baud modem (and no my DSL was flying, I checked it on other sites).  Anyhow finally found it and ordered and less than a minute later it was working.  So now to have time to watch it...scanned thru some excellent video on the Tennis Match on ESPNHD...ect.
Let you know how I like it...or better yet how the wife likes it....just remember what's hers is hers and what's mine is hers.
