I just got set up with the Samsung TS-160 directv receiver and new oval dish, even though there is still a limited amount of HD programs to watch, which will change in a week.

Anyway...I've seen the HD PBS loop on TWC and was wondering what channel that was on OTA?  Because D* doesn't offer that, right?

Actually the loop is only fed to TWC it isn't shown on MPTV's local digital. They do a lot of mulitcasting (until digital 36 (actually 35) is up) but you have to hit and miss or check their schedule out on their website.  But WMVS's digital signal is on channel 8...usually 8-1 10 delay 3 hours, 8-2 36 delay 3 hours, 8-3 PBSU, 8-4 PBS Kids, 8-5 classical music.

Supposedly 36-1 (located on channel 35) will be up by the end of June (although we are getting down to the wire now). This channel will broadcast ONLY HD material. As for 10-1 (channel 8), you can check here for their most recent schedule on HD material.
