EchoStar's DISH Network is taking aim at cable with a new offering, providing new customers with three free months of DISH Network Value Pak with HBO and Cinemax. The DISH Network Value Pak of America's Top 100 channel package provides 132 channels, including 13 premium movie channels of HBO and Cinemax for $49.99 a month. The promotion is available for customers who participate in DISH Network's Free DISH or Digital Home Plan promotions.
