E.R. will not be in HD on 5/8

NBC says the E.R. episode on Thursday May 8th will NOT be in HD. They gave us no reason.

Isn't tonight's the (falsely) hyped up 200th episode?  And it won't be in HD?  Strange...

Note: I say flays hyped because it's actually the 201st episode, according to epguides.  But NBC probably counts the 2 hour series premiere as a single episode since they they share the same production number.

Edit: Oh yeah, is this only for Milwaukee dTV?  Or is it nation-wide?

For some reason to me, ER, never really looked in HD

on my reciver it was always letterboxed inside of a 4:3 and never 16:9.
