Hi Gang,

Last night (8/29) I could not believe my eyes when, surfing at about 10:15PM, channel 6-1 was not blank on my TV!

They must have been testing - as I have *never* seen more than a 3 signal strength before - yet here was a solid 51/58 measurement. Still not enough to provide a decent picture, but quite a surprise for me.

FYI - keep checking for more tests

Paul

Naw they weren't testing anything you just had atmospheric extended propagation......no get exited.

Strange evening. DJT-46 faded during CSI out here in Hartland and became unwatchable. Michigan, Green Bay, Chicago, and Indiana were coming in gangbusters with virtually every UHF channel filled with something. Spun the antenna around to Madison and watched the rest of CSI on digital 50 but the reception was all over the place. Tried WITI-DT later but the mighty midget was tired so no luck. What a night! There must be 8 or more spanish stations out there. Adios.

Hey, lummox, I had that once...  It took two weeks of penicillin to clear it up.

I was getting PAX Digital from Chicago, and signals on digital 44 and 47... as well as analog signals from Green Bay and Madison...

Just ran a re-scan on my antenna input and it added 21 new channels!!! Most are pretty grainy analogs, but also I have a new digital channel on 13 (not enough juice to lock a picture).
