Triple Crown in HD

NBC sends word that they will provide HD coverage of The Triple Crown races again this year.

The Kentucky Derby airs on May 3rd, The Preakness Stakes on May 17th and The Belmont Stakes on June 7th.

But NBC warns that the pre- and post-race coverage may contain significant amounts of upconverted SD material.

The audio will be a normal stereo feed.
