Fox Chicago 32-1 Problems

Anyone else notice problems with 32-1(Fox)?  Signal is strong, but my SIRT165 has a hard time tuning it in.  After it finally comes on, there is greenish artifacting at the top of the picture, especially when movement is present...It seems to do this only on the Samsungs....checked it out at work..and it was doing the same thing.  But NOT on TVs with integrated hd receivers.

Any one else having this problem?
(of course no other channels are doing this)

I have a Toshiba DST3000.  About a week ago problems began only with 32-1.  First, I lost their video.  After it returned, I find that I can no longer stretch it to fit my screen.  No matter what I do, I'm stuck with the sidebars.  I have no problems with any other channels.  I'm hoping that 32-1 is doing some experimenting that will end soon.

They are having problems, and are using an interesting temporary fix.....

Thanks for that link...it answers all my questions and I know now that my equipment is working fine.  It's great to see that the engineer from 32-1 is great about communicating with the viewers.  I wish all the stations had such a good relationship with us.
