Opinions wanted: Sony RM-AV3000 for $109?

Just wondering if anyone out there has one of these Sony universal remote controls... Buy.com has them on sale, as their "price mistake of the day", for $109 for the next 24 hours, and that sounds like a good price.

I like my AV2100 and the 3000 has more buttons!  

Seriously I find it very handy and I haven't had any problems programming anything into it though it can take some time.  Probably the biggest gripe that I have heard has been that it is difficult to use without two hands or a flat surface, which is true but not something that bothers me.  My only problem with it might be that the programmable LCD buttons could use more label choices, right now each button has a choice of four different preassigned labels.  Not a big gripe, just something to mention.  I personnally would go for it if you still can.
