Saturday March Madness

Hello.  On Sunday I was unable to pick up the Texas/Mich. St. game in hd.  After reviewing other posts it seems as though other twc subscribers in my area (kenosha) received the game in hd.  When I called twc they informed me that the problem lay with cbs58 because they were not giving any hd feed during any of the basketball games.  I know this to not be true thanks to this forum but how can I avoid a similiar situation this Saturday before the Marquette game?
