TW and ESPN HD

I have seen some commercials lately that ESPN will be adding a High Def channel at the end of March. Anyone know if Time Warner has plans to pick up?

Correspondence with TWC yields zero information on this. Myself and at least one other member here emailed their customer service department and both of us received a canned reply. A search for "TWC ESPN" should lead you to the thread.
