Is anyone else having problems with the HD signal for WISN 12-1?

The problem I am seeing is declining signal strength, here is a quick overview of the signal strength I've been seeing:

Date       Time         Strength(12-1)         4-1      10-1
3/02        20:00         30%
3/04        06:40         30%
3/05        19:16           0%                      63%      93%
3/07        07:02         20%
3/09        19:00           0%                      69%      100%

I've included 4-1 and 10-1 as a control group to show that I'm not losing all signals just 12.  This has been going on for the past 2 months now.

If anyone else is seeing this, we can collect the information in this thread.

Thanks for any input.

Yes, I too have noticed a marked decline in the signal strength WISN 12-1. I haven't actually plotted the standard deviation, but my STB indicates it bouncing around at 30% and less with too- frequent dropouts!
Anyone know what's up with that?:)

hrm... I'm getting a 88-89 tonight. 1-1 is 88 and 4-1 is shooting a 94...
