Sound problems on 58

1-1 has been having almost continuos sound glitches all night. Problem at the network or locally?

Been watching the "Batman" show tonite on TWC 505 - and the sound has been "scratchy" and "popping"... although the commercials have been coming through fine.. anyone else having the same problem?
