TWC NBC - channel 504

Question,

I have HD through TWC.  All the channels look great (especially the PBS station).

However I have a problem with the NBC feed.  The screen will appear "bright" and then "dull" - like someone is changing the contrast - this happens intermittently every few seconds - very annoying, and makes it very difficult to watch.

None of the other channels do this, so I assume it is the channel 504 feed through TWC.  Has anyone else noticed this, or have an idea what is going on?

I noticed this tonight during ER.  It was "flickering" quite a bit and it was like a bad "tint" adjustment at times.  Not happening now during the news at 10.  Seems to be only on some HD shows on film, not video tape or live like Tonight Show.  Of course, I've only had my setup running from TWC since Tuesday night, so not a lot of expertise here.

actually I'm noticing it again during Leno....it is not quite as noticable, due to the background being a lighter background color than in ER, where it was mostly black or dark..

But still definite flickering.. which it did not do during the 10:00 news on 504..
