Why doesn't TWC show programming on WMVS-HD?

They only show "PBS Loop" on the interactive schedule.  Several times I've flipped them on to get a fix of HD and there was something on that I would have liked to watch if I knew it was on.

Anyone know why they do this?

I've sent an email to TWC and got this response:

QuoteDear Valued Customer:

Please accept my apologies for the misunderstanding in answering your questions. I will forward this information to our Master Control to suggest changing the Interactive Digital Program Guide on your cable converter setop box. Please note that I can only *suggest* that the change be made. A suggestion of this magnatude would effect all customers therefore must obtain preapproval from our General Managers and Marketing. Thank you for your pateience while we work internally to resolve this feature to our Customer's standards.

The PBS loop that you see on TWC comes from WMVS/WMVT studios.  If an HD program that is shown on WMVS OTA, it is also shown on TWC 510.  The schedule is on //www.mptv.org.

PBS does not provide a listing to WMVS and in turn, they do not not provide any schedule info to our data provider.  Therefore we put on a default description.
