Nbatv----what Is Going On!!!

Ok, i ordered NBA league pass and for the past 3 weeks, NBATV channel has been nothing but a advertisement loop. Time warner says it is a nba program change. I don't understand it whatsoever.
Here is where HDTV plays in....I wrote the NBA and told them I want a partial refund because of some games I didn't get the chance to watch. But I said, the only way I wouldnt be mad of this program change is if you offer some games in HDTV.
Anyone have word of this so called NBA TV game of the week in HDTV?

Also...are we getting the nba all star game in HDTV through In demand here in Wisconsin.
