WLUK-TV Channel 11 signed on its digital transmitter Wednesday at 2 p.m. The station joins all Green Bay-area commercial stations except for WIWB-TV Channel 14 in broadcastng a digital signal. WLUK's digital signal is on channel 51 and is being transmitted at full power.

The new transmitter's signals can only be picked up by those with television sets made to pick up the signals or by purchasing a decoder. The digital signal allows for high-definition television.

The FCC has ordered all U.S. television sets sold after 2007 to be able to pick up digital signals.

Gregg-

Any realistic chance that swinging the antenna north would allow any of us to receive this ?

Gregg Lengling

I doubt it from our angle....the people up by Cambelsport and east to Sheboygan have a chance...but their is the Northern Unit of the Kettle Moraine in S. W. Sheboygan County and then Radar Hill in Southern Fond Du Lac county that creates a very high ridge that you'll never see through.  So with out some tropospheric enhancement and ducting .....you are not going to receive it....think about it...have you ever reliably received any GB station.
