CBS58 PQ on TWC

Just wondering if anybody else thought that the PQ on CBS58 - 505 on TWC was a little less than when they had the football game on and/or the other (504, 512) local HD broadcasts.  I have been watching a few of CBS's programs the last 2 nights and when I switched over to 504 or 512 the picture was better. Maybe because TWC is receiving 58 OTA.  Still a million times better than plan SD.  Just wondering..........
