I thought it looked and sounded great.  Not too many widescreen SD cameras.  They did a better job mixing the 5.1 sounds too.  A little heavy on the LFE .1 channel at times, but definitely an improvement, in my opinion.

I love sports in HD!

I thought it looked and sounded great, although there were a few audio drops for a couple of seconds at a time. I'm having this problem on Fox a lot lately is it a Charter problem or is anyone else having this too?  (I believe Charter said they're getting the Fox6 feed direct from Time Warner?)

Watching cars going in circles for hours is too exciting for me. My heart can't take it.

I have experienced small audio problems at times also (over the air, not cable).  It's probably either our local Fox or the network.

I agree that car racing is pretty dull.  You have to wait long periods of time between the exciting parts like crashes and risky passing moves.  I have to admit the end of the race was pretty exciting.  I haven't watched much in the past, but I'm willing to try all sports in HD a few times at least.

I tip my hat to Fox for it's coverage of the 500.  The HD picture from Wluk, channel 11 in Green Bay is outstanding.  I leave in Howards Grove and get excellent signals out of Milwaukee and Green Bay with deep fringe Channel Master antenna's on a 30 foot tower.  The only thing I can't get is flea power channel 6 except under ducting conditions during summer.

Fox did a great job with Daytona! TWC also had some audio problems at times but didn't matter much, the sound and visuals was just awesome! Had a big party and everyone was impressed with the HDTV.   The only gripe was that I thought it was way too many commercials, but I always think that!
