Small bright spot displayed on 12-1?

Last night on 12-1 from 8pm - 10pm there was a small bright spot diplayed.  We didn't watch after 10pm.  The spot was about 1 inch from the top of the screen and about 2 inches left of vertical center.  The spot was constant and was evident in commercials as well.   I thought at first it was my RPTV (I've been paranoid with the rampant Sony Flicker issue).  But I don't think that's the case.  The spot was on no other channel.  I checked OTA 12 analog, 12 DirecTV, 1-1, 4-1, 10-1, HD-Net.  I tried 6-1 and as expected had the black screen with no picture, no sound and no small bright spot.  

Anyone see the same?

Hmm.. didn't notice it last night (doesn't mean it wasn't there). But not seeing that today...

I saw the same thing last night on 512.  At first I thought something was wrong with my TV and then I went to 504 and everything was ok.  What a relief
